My order arrived three days after it was meant to with the delivery driver saying he couldn't get access to my building. I was home - he didn't bother to ring the bell. So I called the delivery office and was spoken to with disgusting manners and the worst customer service ever. My parcel was then not delivered to me for a further two days. No apology no nothing. This always happens when I order exante - I wish wish wish they would use a different professional delivery company. I had other parcels delivered to me that day at home what is the reason my diet pack couldn't be delivered? No reason no apology. Shocking way to behave in this day and age.
