Haven't let me down yet!

Have obtained replacement blades for a Braun shaver three times, over the years, from shavers.co.uk and never a problem. Quick delivery, decent price. Would recommend.

Quick delivery - cheaper via Amazon

Ordered a car wheel wrench via their Amazon shop. At £15 + free delivery it's considerably cheaper than the £27 via their website. That's competition for you! Will not try out the wrench until I next get a puncture. Excellent price and quick, free delivery (3 days).


Good communications

Good, fast communications via the support / ticker system. The offered solution was beyond my technical competence so I decided to live with the issue (receiving emails intended for other people / possibly a spam issue).


Best price and excellent service

Budget fridge/freezer bought on price. Excellent service with on-line ordering and delivery. Be warned however - soon after ordering you may get a call from a call centre trying to sell an extended warranty! I guess they have to make their money some way! Call Centre were enthusiastic but not too pushy. Just say 'not interested'!


Brilliant system, reliable and easy to use

I use Milk&More to order milk for my elderly mother. Fantastic that I can change the order up until 9pm the night before. Deliveries only on Mon, Wed, Fri but that's no problem. It would be nice if there were more items available (sweets for example) and newspapers would be brilliant, but otherwise it's perfect.

Quick delivery, email responses and refund

Ordered a Samsung replacement cable which was delivered when expected. Unable to fit cable and requested a refund. Email responses were quick and helpful. Refund was prompt. No complaints re the company or item. Unfortunately I was unable to repair my netbook!


Item available turned out to be not the case

Ordered item advertised as being available. Order status still 'Processing' after 8 days. Checked website and item no longer available so fired off an email and followed up with a phone call and was told item was no longer available. It would have been nice if the web site had been correct originally and also to have been informed the item was unavailable. Telephone call was dealt with politely as was subsequent email confirming order had been cancelled. However I can't recommend a company that advertise items that aren't available and then don't inform you of this after an order is placed.
