I was impressed with the website that quoted a 3-6 working day delivery to mainland Spain. What I didn´t expect was the 6 working days to dispatch the the first item and the second item is still "to follow". These items are shown as in stock when clearly they are not.
Having spoken to the manufacturer about the delay they confirm the article is available and have spoken to 118. According to them, 118 will contact me. They haven´t done so.
They also make a big thing of price matching. They did so but my order has never been changed to show the matched price. They tell me their back office system shows the reduction but I only have their word for that.
Is it progress when etailers only work Monday-Friday? Office hours at that!!
Consequently, I am not at all satisfied.
