Totally misleading 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' service as advertised on the website! Terrible communication between Made.com and their delivery company. Made.com's customer services is dreadful - yes, 'there is nothing they can do!' Period! so just leave them alone!

I would suggest you check and check and check with them before you order an item! Especially if an item is under 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' ! It could take up to any time, depends on how busy their delivery team is! if they are busy then forget getting your item with in a few working day! more likely to receive a month later! Best of luck!
Paid extra for next day delivery, given a 3 hour time slot, delivery late for half an hour after the allocated time slot. When arrived they just dropped a heavy WC with the wooden pallet on it just on the pedestrian pavement outside our house. They couldn't even bring it to our door is only 7 feet away, and they wouldn't help! They said delivery only to the front of the house ie on the street not to the door. Very rude delivery men, dreadful dreadful service! not worth the extra money paid! They totally let down the Victoria Plumb.
