The bed which cost well over £1000 was due to be delivered today 15.6.13. I got a phone call at 9.45 am to say that the bed would be delivered between 6pm and 8pm. To say I was stunned and extremely annoyed that they would even consider delivering at this time on a Saturday night is an understatement. I informed the driver that we we had made arrangements to go out tonight and I would now have to cancel. The driver asked if I would like to arrange another delivery date. I said no as we had already waited 10 weeks and that we had already taken down our bed and put the mattress in the bag provided so we would HAVE to take delivery today, as sleeping in the same bed as our son was not an option. The driver said he would try to get to me earlier but suggested I phoned the shop which I of course did. I did not get much of an answer from them apart from the man in the shop said this was an unusual occurrence and an apology, he suggested I rang customer services. What a joke that was, after waiting for what seemed an eternity with all the different options I finally got to the point where I put the first 3 digits of my order number in, an automated voice said it would put me through to the correct area team. Now, no prizes for guessing where that was, it was of course the shop where I had bought the bed from and the very same shop I had phoned earlier. The answerphone was on so I left a message asking for someone to call back, needless to say they haven't.
This is the second time Dreams have let us down, the first was a couple of years back. They arranged a delivery date and then phoned me on that date to say that the bed would be another 2 weeks.
If you want to buy a bed I would suggest that you do not use this company, they take your money and give you lots of promises, none of which it would seem are kept.
