SUCKS!!! A few days ago, I called Paypal to dispute an authorized payment. It is because the paypal linked to my bank account, money was withdrawn via Paypal without my authorization. This representative, Wendy is extremely inpatient and rude. First she said she doesn't understand why I am complaining about because her system shows ok. Then, she says maybe I am making mistakes and asks if I have different account. She starts saying some S--T! After providing the transaction title and no, she was still unable to find the problems. It took more than 40 mins and there was no progress. At the end, she said just call the bank to report it. Paypal is unable to solve the problem. It's really the worst customer service. There are a lot more and don't want to list them all. The WORST customer service ever!!!
