I had been searching for a item of Thomas Medallion Platinum Dinnerware to replace a bowl I had broken. Internet searches indicated sizes in metric that were not exactly the same as my set but I tried one supplier for what appeared to be the correct item. When it arrived, it was the correct diameter but too deep to match the others in the set. I contacted the supplier and described the difference. They responded with another item which, upon arrival, was the right diameter and depth but from the Medallion White range, not the Platinum! Going back to the internet, I contacted several other suppliers but non had the exact item I needed. Eventually, I contacted Havens and spoke with Lisa, who confirmed she had an item that matched my measurements and sure enough it is an exact match. I now have a complete dinnerware set again and am absolutely delighted with the service from Havens. Should there be any other breakages in this set, Havens will be my first point of contact for a replacement.
