I followed all instructions provided by Viagogo for selling / sending my tickets to the buyer. It turns out that Royal Mail delivered the goods to the return address at Viagogo instead of the delivery address written on the envelope. The staff at Viagogo signed and accepted the goods and I didn't find out that the buyer hadn't received their tickets until after the event. Too late! Now Viagogo's position is they won't pay me for the tickets I was meant to sell and I followed all instructions. I am appealing this obviously. VERY VERY poor process and VERY poor customer service. I sold 2 other tickets through Seatwave with no problems at all - delivered outside of the UK to Norway with less lead time than Viagogo - that in itself demonstrates the difference between these 2 businesses!
UPDATE: I notice a reply from Viagago below - but how do I send my transaction ID - any contact details to send to????
The best site for buying and selling tickets. The UPS collection service is highly reliable and I felt confident all was under control. Instructions were very clear and communication was good
Much better than the other sites out there (especially Viagogo who are awful!!)
