my order was canceled due to no stock which i ordered to store when i went to the store the same day they had stock in the store that i wanted the item to be sent to . and they took the money on the same time as the online purchase but no mention of my refund or and no repsonse to any emails poor service never again ever great shop but crap online experience and customer service
Table came with clear glass instead of black glass as pictured but they phoned me and offered me a few solutions as the suppliers error which means the table no longer comes with black glass soo Was offered 15 pound back and i also got my 10 pound delivery back after it never arrived on time they could be a realy realy good company customer service is great I wont deny that just communication breakdown from the supplier and the couriers ect but im happy now soo not all bad
It says that you receive your order within seconds however it should say only within office hours as I ordered late evening and got an email saying payment was accepted but had to wait to opening the next day before my code was sent soo its false advertising which is wrong.
