We missed the first delivery and they pushed a card through giving us options, I picked the one to leave in a safe place, got back from work next day to find another card pushed through and the one I left with instructions still pinned to the door and no parcel left. :-( . I then looked for a phone number and there isn't one on the card, so I tried to track the item online as requested and the system wouldn't let me...... When I finally found a phone number no where obvious on there site I phoned and it took 20 mins yep 20 mins to get through, when I did I was told several different stories, I asked about the first card I'd left and they said they didn't know why he hadn't left it, then said it was your fault for not specifying that option to them!!! So why give me that choice on the card I asked, I was told they couldn't bring it sat when I would be in as it would cost more, but I could collect it, there nearest depot to me 18 miles away :-(. . I went to collect the helmet because my son was moaning and wanted the helmet I arrived at 8 and it took them 35 mins to find my parcel. The helmet was great and my son happy, unfortunately it really annoyed me with the time and cost involved getting it. This would most deffinately put me off buying from yourselves again which is a shame as your prices are competitive . Jackie
