I ordered a cycling top from the excellently slick website, which was delivered very quickly indeed, however, sadly it was the wrong size. When I finally got round to sending it back (due to being the worst combination of lazy and busy) it was about 7 weeks after I had made the original purchase. No problem for Stoeln Goat, oh no! I emailed the returns email address as requested on the site prior to returning something and had received a response from Tim within the hour. After I returned it I think it took only 2 days to get the replacement. Most excellent service. The top is awesome too (it's the Bianchi Celeste!).
