Ordered flowers were delivered on 20 AUGUST for a special anniversary and were in a poor condition; roses with crisp brown edges and some of the smaller flowers were dead. Whilst I appreciate transporting live flowers can sometime go wrong I cannot accept that since then I have sent numerous emails, a (requested by the company) letter by post - which is ridulous for an i-company - and two premium phone calls, all of which are customer led. I have had to chase this all the way, not once have the company been pro active in this complaint. The first phone call I was told the supervisor would call me back and he didn't. In my second phone call, bearing in mind this is now 10 OCTOBER, I spoke to a pleasant woman who asked what it was I wanted from my complaint!!! We agreed my money would be refunded and I assume this doesn't include compensation for the frustration, time and cost this has caused me for just wanting what I paid for. I would never use this company again. The flowers may be lovely according to the luckily reviewers who received better than half dead ones but the customer service is appalling and totally unacctable.
