I was really happy with the chairs I ordered and they came really quickly which was one of the main selling points but the courier company that made.com use was absolutely shocking. There was a massive lack in communication when I was waiting for my delivery and then they insisted on delivering the two armchairs to my neighbour who didn't really want to accept the delivery. At this point I was still waiting to be told my allocated timeslot as I work 20 minutes away from home.
I will order from made.com again but maybe when they have changed their courier company. Made.com have given me a £25 voucher off my next purchase for my trouble.
