The goods were delayed due to problems with the supplier; I understood this and whilst it was inconvenient, it was not tragic and I was contacted regularly with updates. When the goods arrived (12 metres oak skirting) about1.5 metres was sub-standard. However when the company was alerted to this they offered their apologies along with a prompt and unequivocal refund for 3m of skirting.
The aftersales service is extremely good and they appear to be a company that values their reputation along with their customers' satisfaction.
