Good but slow.

I have ordered several bags from these in the past 5 years and find them to be good. I Always recieve my orders however it does take a while as they ship from Asia. The bags themselves are of excellent quality and I get compliments everytime i go out. I find 'Victor' to be very good with communications/emails/help. This is my personal experience and yes I would reccommend them.

Love this site.

I have been buying my dvd's from these for 10years now as they are mostly cheaper than in store plus they offer FREE DELIVERY which I love. Recently i ordered 2 dvd's, i only recieved 1. I contacted play.com and they sent my a missing claims form which i signed and sent back. Within 4 working days they have sorted it and have just dispactched missing dvd. Good customer service, it's the only hiccup in 10yrs I've had with them.

CON ARTISTS!!!! BEWARE!!!!

This site should be shut down and the people running it should be arrested and sent to prison. They must be making a fortune stealing people's money. I stupidly ordered a pair of Chanel "lookalike" shoes last year and was sent a very cheap pair of childrens flip-flops in a brown envelope. Shocked doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. I contacted mt credit card company and they got me my money back Thank God! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE NO MATTER WHAT!

Another brill site.

This site is a little gem, the prices are fantastic, alot less than highstreet prices. I have used this site alot for hard to find/discontinued perfumes. Highly reccommend.
