So today is the 17th June 2013. I am aiming to loose as much weight as possible in 2 weeks. .
I am currently 5ft 5 and a size 12. Weighing around 12st 5lb. I had a baby back in December 2012. So id like to return to my normal pre baby weight of 10stone 7lb.
Do you think I can achieve this? I have a swimming pool and gym at home, however due to the new baby girl and working full time i am struggling to get in gym.
Lets see if it works.
So far this morning ive had a Twinnings Peppermint tea, and ive just had half a thai chicken soup as its really filling. Ill warm the other half up later if i get hungry. !!
