The order was acknowledged for Monday morning 8-12 - the email stated that "your friendly fitter will contact you on the day with a more accurate arrival time. Letting you plan your day, your way!"
By 10:00 I had not received any message so had to ring the office (as no fitter's mobile was supplied), Office was not able to tell me about the job(?!) but said fitter would ring back which he did 20 mins later saying arrival would be "11:30-12:30" - finally arrived at 11:40. Did Grippy let me plan my day? Not really.
The fitter was not the one stated but nice enough chap - took just over an hour to replace 2 front tyres - what took so long?
