Disappointment

Bouquet was not as on the photo at all. Roses were pink as opposed to velvet advertised on the picture. Lilies as well as roses and other flowers did not look fresh and started dying on the third day. These flowers was not worth money I paid for them.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the flowers received regarding the quality of the arrangement and the substitutions that were made.

We are very confident in the quality of our flowers and do guarantee them for seven days. In the event that the flowers do not last the seven days we like to make amends where possible.

In terms of the substitutions, to ensure delivery is made on the correct date, we allow for stems to be substituted of equal quality, value and style within the colour scheme.
