On the surface, this site looks pretty legit and professional, it came up when I was searching for a grammar check service.
I tried the free version and then decided to pay for the "full" service because they guaranteed that I could get my money back if I was not fully satisfied during the seven-day trial. They clearly indicated on their website that they just needed your credit card information to verify your identity but what they really did is steal money from your bank account without even notifying you. And it wouldn't make any difference if you cancelled the "subscription".You simply don't have access to the "full" service BUT they will keep your payment information and continue to charge you anyway.
I had to contact my bank and cancel my credit card.
Stay away from this site!
I've used feelunique before and my products are running out now so I decided to place a new order. But it took one month for the items to arrive. I reckon it was because I chose the "free delivery" option instead of the more expensive trackable "express" service. So this time I paid €11 for the express delivery service. It took more than two weeks to dispatch the order and I'm still waiting now. I know it's the "Summer Sale" season but this is just unacceptable.
Read other reviews, you will find that their service quality is inconsistent and declines significantly during "sale" reasons.
Think twice before you buy, there are other options out there.

they use Royal Mail, I have nothing against Royal Mail, their service is reliable but way too slow even it's "priority" or "express", it usually takes almost three weeks to get your package. With the same delivery price, DHL is much more faster.
I have checked Charles Tyrwhitt, Austin Reed, Thomas Pink, T.M. Lewin...etc, they all provide very high-quality shirts, but a bit too mature for me and their shirts are mostly grey/black/white, conservative and lack of varieties, Hawes&Curtis' shirts have more bright and innovative patterns and more colours to choose therefore are more suitable for young people.
Can companies today choose their delivery partners more wisely?
The Joico serum I ordered was leaking when the package arrived. But the packing is not necessarily bad, lots of brown paper in the box. I ordered similar hair products off other websites, they arrived in perfect condition. I guess the cap of the product isn't tight enough, that was probably the main causes of leaking. They use Royal Mail, it took three weeks to arrive. I chose the "Express Service" instead of the free one. The service of Royal Mail is very stable, just too slow. There are other sites such as feeluniqe, lookfantastic, beautyexpert,....I've tried a lot of them and I find that lookfantastic has the fastest shipping service among the others so far.Personally, I suggest you do a little more search before you decide to place an order, if you're not in a hurry, choose the cheapest price, if you are, don't use bathandunwind.
