On 31-10-2012 I ordered en paid in advance (EUR 804.30) for an Charles Earnes Lounge Chair. The delivery was postponed twice but the chair finally arrived on a friday at the end of April, but unfortunately, due to a transport accident the chair was severely damaged and after sending some pictures of the deplorable state of the chair I received an e-mail on behalf of Infurn that they will pay me the money back (100% refund) between 29-04-2013 and 10-6-2013.
On the 15th of June I send an e-mail to Infurn, that despite of their affirmation in writing, I did receive the money but since then I have not heared from Infurn.
I want my money back aftter 8 month’s of waiting in vain for the chair and the money!!
