Having read the initial home page of the site: uk.bestglobalmovers.com, I was a bit dubious at first, especially as I am in the process of moving house at the moment. But, reading the different headers and seeing where to move, so to speak, from point to another, was really easy and well presented.
What was especially clever was the "Start Here" arrow in front of the first box at the top of the page; furthermore, reading the reviews given by other users helped sway my mind as to whether or not I would use the site. The handy tips section also comes in handy for someone like myself who is moving for the first time, it is a daunting experience and through reading the tips it has become less of a nightmare. The only fault I could find was within the Frequently Asked Questions, where someone asks: "Is this site for international company relocations only or also for private persons?" The answer given is not one that actually answers the question: "This site is for everybody moving internationally be it a company or an individual, we will make sure the mover experts get in contact with you to provide you with a no obligation quote." This is a long-winded way of saying no, its just for moving internationally and the answer should be written more concisely so that it can be understood.
I am a disabled user of Just-eat, house-bound through Agoraphobia, and I find that through Just-eat I can still order takeaways so easily. The layout of the website is easy to use and after putting in your post-code it is all pretty straight forward. If there has been any need to contact the customer services team, there has always been someone friendly at the other end of the telephone who is willing to try and resolve any issues that have come up.
