The whisky was for father's day for my father-in-law. It was sent in good time but delivered without signature to a different street. Luckily someone spotted it on a doorstep and realised who it was for and after checking with my in-laws went back to get it for them. It could have easily gone missing and caused all sorts of problems. This is not the Whisky Exchanges problem, but they need to know what is going on with their delivery company.
