Like a lot of buyers I had hesitations from buying such expensive goods from an online retailer that to be honest I had never really heard off.
Well I can assure anyone that chooses to shop at Creative Audio will be afforded the best service and support expected from a reputable high end retailer. Shopping online can be a rather faceless business. I phoned the guys at CA and had a chat before ordering. Not only that, they gave me the best deal I could find for my preferred Cyrus set up. Spoke to Martin and he was more than helpful and knowledgable. My order arrived in 1st class packaging and on the day I specified.
A month later I ordered a few upgrades to my system and again Martin was very helpful. I had some issues with my Rega turntable that wasn't purchased from Creative Audio but Martin even took the time to offer his advice on that certain issue.
Unfortunately the Cyrus Stream X2 didn't really suit my needs and was probably an error on my part for not researching it enough. However I phoned Martin and he said there would be no problem in returning it. The next day I had the return invoice.
Retailers often overlook their after sales commitment and service but im pleased to say that Creative Audio embedded the expectation of the quality of the Cyrus system I purchased into their service. No quibble returns are a very important factor in my purchases from retailers online.
To sum it up I have no hesitation in recommending Creative Audio and future customers shouldn't either. For Cyrus in particular they will be my preferred dealer even though I may never get to walk through the doors of brick and mortar store!
