over promise under deliver
Ordered parcel from amazon, clearly states that the item can be posted...was it posted erm no, cant get a saturday delivery, have a 30 mile round trip to collect, cheers

Standards Slipping
I ordered three items from different suppliers, and was happy that DPD would be bringing them, thought wouldnt have to wait in all day for various couriers to arrive, then it went wrong!!
Received three seperate texts informing me that my parcels would arrive at three seperate times, by three seperate drivers!!!
Phone arrived at 10.35 by first driver
Asos bag arrived at 13.20 by second driver
Smyths toys arrived 16.45 by third driver
Spoke to driver and he explained that this is a regular occurance now !! surely its not that difficult to send them on one vehicle as they were all small packages,poor effort really as they claim to be eco friendly, how much extra diesel have you pumped out!
