Still missing one item after 10 month ? Why so long !!!

From my order of two product august 2012, I've receive one table, well that's good, by I still missing on table. Infurn has call me two times to tell me that I will receive it end of may. Here we are in June ? And nothing has change on my account and information ?

Further to your review on Trustpilot, thank you for your time today, when we discussed your order details.

We are glad that you received your first item, the Isamu Noguchi Coffee Table in good order and trust you are pleased with it.

We are sorry that you have waited longer than expected for the 2nd item but following our inquiries with Logistics, the Eero Saarinen Tulip Table is now due to arrive week commencing 19.08.2013 and this is a realistic time frame.

The order itself is now showing the up-dated delivery status and you will be able to view this on your customer account. We have also sent to you today email confirmation of the August planned delivery date.

Please accept our apologies for the delay but the table will still arrive and thank you for waiting a little longer.
