I ordered some biorb products and Pimafix to treat sick fish on December 2nd. On December 22nd I chased the order and on 23rd was told that there was a hold up on 1 of the other items. Why could someone not just have emailed me with why it was delayed and approximate date of arrival. I had 2 sick fish to treat. One nearly died but thank goodness the order finally turned up on Dec 27th. Death narrowly avoided!
