I tend to have bad luck with the receiving of my items, perhaps because of where I live but even so - when I have issues, the customer service is great!
The only issue I have is the bulbs, they don't last very long and tend to blow often. Maybe it is the bulb lead I have bought, but that was also swell's own brand.
Either way, the prices are great and the service is great too :)
I would reccomend P2G to anyone, They are easy to use, friendly, and very helpful if you need it. They even come to your door to collect your parcel, So you don't even need to go anywhere!
I had a collection scheduled but didn't manage to print the label in time, "No worries, I'll come get it tomorrow" the driver reassured me. I think we should be on first name basis now, it's always the same driver who collects from me!
However, when I'd gotten upstairs I realised... I'm moving house at 8am tomorrow, and I have no idea how I forgot! I quickly got onto the website and logged in to get my P2G delivery number.
I used the contact page to use the live chat option. I was connected immediately to a friendly helper named Lauren, I asked her if it was possible to reschedule the collection, but at my new address. She checked if it was possible, and quickly came back to say yes, and if she rescheduled it for Friday, would I get access to a printer in time, On confirming, she sorted it all out for me, sent me the emails through and wished me luck in my move!
A very friendly and painless service.
