I have beeen using SCAN as my supplier of computer items for about 10 years. They set a very high standard of both product quality and Customer service. My son and grand son are both Computer Professionals with degrees and guess who recommended SCAN to me and use them as well you're right my Family. No company is perfect and niether is SCAN they are poor in one important area Product Failure. They seem to think that failure of their products is impossible. I bought a Flat Screen Monitor (£150) which was not compatible with my PC or faulty. I returned to them asking for a refund. They said it had a scratch which nullified their Warranty and returned it to me.. My son and I went all over the Monitor and could not find a scratch.
SCAN refused to discuss the issue any further.The fact that I am still using them is testiment to the excellence of their overall serice.
