Excellent website, I've had three orders from animed in the last couple of weeks, all are considerably cheaper than my vets and all arrived very quickly. I'm afraid in the future I'll only be using my vets to ask what is needed for my dog, not buying from them, then coming home and buying it from animed.
Like the rest of you, we ordered over £550 of goods on 27 May, the money was taken but we never heard anything more from First Bathrooms. When we realised we never were going to hear anything either, we wasted no time in contacted our credit card company. They've been very good and have already refunded us the entire amount. It's only a temporary credit right now as they have to give the merchant's bank time (45 days) to respond, but I don't foresee any problems in that department!
To those who say their bank wants them to prove First Bathrooms have gone bankrupt, ours didn't ask us to do that but we did tell them that they are no longer trading as the phone number is disconnected and the website cannot take orders (try a dummy purchase and the payment screen does not operate). That seemed to be sufficient information for the refund.
Good luck to all those who have lost money, remember that a credit card gives the most protection against rogue traders like this (it's called Section 75), but a debit card also has a scheme which isn't quite as powerful but should be of some help to most who've been ripped off by these cowboys, and that protection is called Chargeback. Don't get fobbed off by your bank, keep trying.

Absolutely brilliant, I've had £450 paid into my bank account over the last couple of years. I do a lot of online shopping and now always check to see if there is cashback available when you click thru from this company. I've never ever bought anything I wasn't going to buy anyway, so I've not been fooled into thinking I was getting a bargain when I was just buying more than I would have done. To anyone who thinks it doesn't track, make sure you delete all cookies recently downloaded to your computer if you've already looked at the shopping site not through topcashback. If there's a cookie on your computer from when you last looked at your shopping site it might just go back to that cached page when you later click thru from topcashback and then your purchase won't track. Following this rule I've never had a problem with missing cashback.
