I ordered a bedroom suite from dreams back in January last year and I only ordered a wardrobe, bed, mattress and bedside tables. I asked the sales assistant if I wanted to get more of the same style product I would be able to as it was a new style and not going to be discontinued at all. HA! All a bunch of lies! the week after delivery I found the the bed had been damaged so I called and was rudely told by a lad its all my fault and they would not replace or fix it. after lots of emails it was all ignored. I have just paid off the last of it all and have gone on the website to see if I can order a chest of drawers and nothing! I cant find the products on there. the only way we cant find the style is by searching it in google. I have emailed the dreams customer service and I have called the customer service and was hung up on 6 times YES 6 TIMES! Appalling! they say they are open till 8 on the lines yet cut you off at 5:30?!?!?! this is horrendous service! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! OVER PRICED AND POOR QUALITY!!!!
