Quality, quality quality
I have just hired a Canon 400mm telephoto lense from Lenses for Hire Ltd.
This was not the first time I have used their services and I am just as impressed with their efficiency of service as I was previously.
From the initial rental acknowledgement, and regular updated information regarding the Lense delivery, to the actual delivery of the lense by the courier in the 1 hour time slot they advised me it would be delivered. The return of the lense after the hire was also easy.
Oh and the lense itself - what can I say that was also awesome.

I purchase from Overclockers fairly regularly and have never had any issues with speed of delivery and quality of products.
There whole operation is well organised. Even their over the counter experience is very good.
I have once had an occasion to return an expensive video card which was damaged on arrival and never experienced any issues with that.
