Placed the order around midnight. In the morning e-mail notified me that the seller has tried to get in touch with me, but failed, so would I mind calling their number.
Sent an e-mail to ask if there was an issue with my order/details and suggested they call me - received almost identical copy of their first e-mail.
After I've called the UK number, there was a soft sales pitch (which I politely declined), and in the end the chap advised my order will be dispatched promptly afterwards.
So far so good, but when the 'Your order #120928 in shipping!' e-mail arrived, there were 4 shipping notifications for 4 other orders.
However, the DHL tracking was showing movement, and the shipping itself was quite prompt.
So now that I know what the business process is, given the very good prices you can find, I'll most likely be willing to go through it again and recommended the site to couple of work colleagues.
