I ordered a underwater camera on 12/6 13 with delivery confirmed 17/ 19 June
when the parcel did not arrive I phoned the company 5 times to sort it out as I was flying to Egypt on the 20 June I wanted the camera before I set of for the airport at 11.00am I was told it would be delivered on the 20/6 when I checked with the courier they said I would need express delivery not standard I requested this with WAE and they said they would ring me back (they did not) so I phoned again and was told I would have to pay the extra £9.00 delivery I did this as I needed the camera for my holiday and had booked 5 dives in Egypt I believe this should have been paid by them as a good will because it was there fault it did not turn up on time. If they had informed me it was not available I would have reordered from a different company
