I purchased a Busch and Muller IQ light from Bike 24 In July 2012 and in may 2013 it failed. The light rattled when it was shaken and there was obviously a loose component inside.
I returned it on 27th May and despite constant mailing have not yet received a replacement or refund.
They claim to have sent it back to B&M and when i contacted them they at first denied having received anything from Bike24 but then cam back to say they had an unidentified light they had received.
As of today 20th June I have a message saying they have no information on the light.
Surely it is the retailer who is responsible for replacement not the manufacturer?
Really bad service, won't use them again, I feel i have given them far too much time already.
