I choose Rentalcars.com because of all the good reviews, was waiting for my new car to be delivered within 10 weeks so I decided to rent with Rentalcars.com in order to wait for it. Then my dealership called me 6 weeks after to say my new car will arrive 4 weeks early I was happy and called Europcar to asked if I could return the car early, they said no problem so did so, however when I asked Rentalcars.com for a refund, the lady on the phone said she could not deal with this kind of request and recommended I leave a comment on their website! Shortly afterwards I received an email explaining that their policy was no refund on early return. This was never explain to me and it is not written anywhere on all emails or vouchers which I received, you have to go to their website and scroll down on the terms & conditions to see it. What started like a good bargain ended up being the most expensive rental I have done!
