I have sent 50+ parcels via the service over several months and rarely have a problem. On the 2 occasions I have the customer service has been great and they are quick to deal with my problem. Contacting them via Twitter I've had almost instant responses from Sam or Kate and also received great service on the website's direct messenger. The website can sometimes be a bit "rough around the edges" but the people you deal with seem know what they are going and get things sorted. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend it, just make sure to check the T&C's for what is covered for compensation. Andrew.
