[UPDATE] Missing item arrived Sat AM. The handling of my complaint more than made up for the initial issue. How a business handles problems can make more of an impact than the product/service itself. By comparison John Lewis, Wickes and Screwfix all had major 'fails' this weekend ... and their customer services pale into insignificance compared with Loaf's. So, five stars because I never expected perfection in the first place!
[UPDATE] Five minutes after writing my initial comment India (Head of Helpfulness) from Loaf contacted me and will deliver at a time convenient to me. So I have updated the review from three to four stars due to the swift and courteous handling of the complaint; will update to five if everything goes smoothly. Will downgrade to two if I spend all Saturday waiting in for it ... all on a knife edge now!
[ORIGINAL COMMENT] Products, prices and people at Loaf are amazing. But not all my order has turned up, despite being assured that it was all arriving in one go. I've heard nothing since so don't know whether the item is lost or on its way. Missing is one 'bug pouffe in ash grey at £70.83'. If you sort this out quickly I'll edit the review to five stars, assuming that I can!
