I made an order that included three items on the 11/06/13. Two of the items were received quiet promptly, however I am still waiting on the third item and it is now the 20/06/13. I do not think it acceptable that one, all three items are dispatched separately and along with that, two of the items had tracking numbers while the third did not. And not surprisingly the item not being tracked is the item that is missing.
I order online all the time and never before have I had the situation where I order from one company and all the items seem to be coming from different locations. I do accept this is the case with <external link removed> but Mankind is not <external link removed>!!!
I have just spoken to customer services and apparently the item missing is coming from Chicago USA. Would have been nice to be informed of that fact.
