I ordered a laptop online, the price was good, it arrived within a few days, and it worked perfectly. So why am I not happy?
The delivery company has a helpful online system to track Zavvi's deliveries. It said it would arrive on a particular day. It didn't, but they said they'd left a card. They didn't. When I phoned them they said it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. They said it was because 'they couldn't get access'. They could. Then my order disappeared from the delivery company's online system, and also from Zavvi's online system... and the delivery company seemed to stop answering their phone.
At this point I was pretty fed up. Then, magically, the next day my parcel arrived. I am now (moderately) happy
