No order received after month of waiting - UPDATE see below

I ordered on 12/30/2012 the Home Orbita Coat Stand and the Bauhaus Desk Lamp inspired by Wilhelm Wagenfeld (Glass ). They ship date was March 2013. End of March the customer service told me via email that there was a delay in then production; when I wanted to cancel the order some hours later it was already shipped. Wow! That was quick. It is now almost End of June and no order has been received. Perhaps they ship it from the moon, I don't know but if I don't receive my order in the next two weeks I will file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) because if they don't ship the order even though I have paid I have to believe that this is not a real, trustworthy company, right?

It is now August and the "realistic delivery" end of July announced via email by their customer service did not take place. Surprising? Not really. I guess my lamp and stand will never arrive. I read here on Trust Pilot that I could "of course" cancel my order after the stated 18 weeks. I guess that's what I have to do now since I'm past 18 weeks anyways. I will keep this forum posted.

Update October 2013:
After my post I got an email from Valerie from Infurn Customer service. Then beginning of August I got a phone call by Infurn asking me if my address was correct because there would be a shipment coming my way. I was so surprised that I didn't ask any questions. After hanging up I was sure that nothing would happen. But believe it or not mid August I see the UPS guy walking my driveway with a box which sais Infurn, inside the lamp I had ordered in December last year. The lamp is a copy of the Wagenfeld Bauhaus lamp. The quality is not bad, the only problem is that the lamp is way too big. I have the original lamp and wanted to use both together as bedside table lamps which does not work. The infurn lamp looks like the big brother of the original. But no complains - at least I got something for my money.
I'm still waiting for the second part of my order, a white coat stand and I have to sent another email to Valerie from Customer Service and ask about the status. I'm still hoping to get it one day. But looking at the lamp... perhaps there is a second miracle out there? I'll keep the forum posted!
