Kudos to their sales and service teams! Even in the midst of their latest blizzard in NYC they were able to switch their website to a backup server, and I was able to call and order my new glasses. They arrived in a week and a half exactly as ordered and less than half the cost of local retailers. I couldn't be more pleased. My regards to all of the coolframes.com staff -
