I would like to say a special thank you to Emma and the team at Precious. I purchased a Britax Travel System less than a week ago Online, and it was delivered within a few days. Very impressive. Unfortunately it arrived with what we thought was a fault with the anchor points for the rear car seats with how the car seats sit on the chassis. I was a bit annoyed as I had spent over £700 and expected it to work properly. Both my wife and I could not figure out how to fix it.
So we called wonder woman (Emma) at Precious and she was able to post out a replacement part within 1 day! WOW...The part arrived and the same issue. I called Emma again and she was very patient and asked me to do a small video to show her what the issue was... which I did. We found out afterwards that the adapters are only suitable with the main seat unit which was not VERY clear in all of the instructions and manuals for the double buggy. I would of much preferred a CD or you tube link on how to assemble it, than being given a 300 page manual.
OK rant over..... The team at Precious offered the best customer service I have ever been given, and it takes a lot to impress me. So thank you and we look forward to using the new double buggy very soon. (next week) when the twins arrive. xx
