Poor Customer Service

I'm a new customer. Couldn't order from web - my card was declined. Asked customer services to ring me back - they didn't. Rang up got very blank responses that it must be a problem with my card and they couldn't take order over the phone. AS it goes it was the card company using a fraud protection policy as this company is small so they were doing the right thing but their customer services leaves a lot to be desired
