No so happy with Interlink (no so bad as ParcelForce but almost there)
1- as many of us we work and is hard to receive the item at home, but for me, the nearest depot was near to airport (means i take 2 buses to get on there from Richmond)
2- Serious guys??? no delivery for saturdays, and just 2 hours!! 8-10 to pick your item. so bad...
3- Answers machine as phones...no possible to get further information.
4- And so on, no possible that in the website is nos possible adress your parcel to a royal mail office (parcel force have that option, either if they are worst)
5 - Just a good spot about the guy at reception, was really friendly.
so average to be good. bad to be honest.
I use ebay, for a lot of time, but i start evaluating to move on here.
* never a problem with delivery times
*excellent customer service
*now they start to make vouchers, and i get a fantastic deal!!
Strongly recommend Amazon.
I was in problems before. but this that just happen was a lot worst experience.
1- A seller by ebay choice this service. Was a horrible experience for me and for the seller. Ebay give me a refund
2- Parcelforce leave me a ticket to pick my item.....yes in ACTON!! really far form here. them i choice go to the website and ask redeliver to Richmond under my pay.
THE ITEM NEVER GET THERE EITHER IF I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION. THEM I TRAVEL 2 TIMES AND CALL THE ROYAL MAIL TO ASK ABOUT....NO ITEM
After the item FINALLY BACK TO THE SELLER!!!
3- Them email of apologies using a Damn Template!!!

Sorry guys, i use to play football with the guys at park in Richmond ))) but i will move out from Ebay, this last 2 years Ebay became really bad service....i move to play with Amazon guys..
1- Again and again. Guys....is not possible that you allow work with Parcel Force to sellers!!....please ....generate problems form the beginning of the order!!!!!
2- Before was easy to handle a issue with a seller. now is a infinite ping pong of emails across.........booohhh
3 - Is acceptable that you now protect the buyer, but there is no faster money back process.
4- The customer service became like a answer Machine for Spam.... just recommendations...etc.
5- No way...why so much sellers from China, and they is not advise correctly about 2 months of delivery terms?? Again as ParcelForce.....EBAY MUST AWARE the people in more about that.

2 times was no place to book, them i was forced to wait about 3 weeks to have my money back, and call and call.
The one successful one, i was just stolen. them my experience
with group on is TO BE AVOIDED.
I test today AMAZON LOCAL and is really different, and good.
