The blind ordered was delivered the wrong size, despite the correct size being ordered. The error appears to be with Blinds Depot online ordering system.
The attitude of Blinds Depot was unreasonable when I asked what could be done to resolve the issue, everything was the customers fault.
When I said I would take the matter to the trading standards the credit card company and requested the matter to be resolved with regard to the distance selling regulations the response from Blinds Depot was that they could not care less, furthermore they offered me unrequested legal advice that I could do nothing, and they suggested I sold the incorrect sized blind and brought a new one.
