I cancelled my order with Wae+ on 17 May and only recently received my refund after multiple emails and phone calls.
To be fair, I did always receive prompt replies to my emails and did manage to speak to people on the phone without waiting very long.
It does state in the terms and conditions that they do have 30 days to issue refunds from the request date, however I have never known a company take this long before. When I purchased the product, the website clearly said that they had it in stock. I ordered it on 1 May and by 17 May got fed up of waiting.
A really poor experience. I certainly will never have any further dealings with this company.
