Brilliant Stuff
Needed a programme to download albums (Limewire is best for one song at a time) A friend recommended Utorrent, so gave it a shot. Bit hard to use to start off with, but soon got to grips with it and best programme i have on my computer

very helpful
had my phone stolen whilst out. thought that would be the end of it until i received my bill. I phoned o2 to discuss this and they were very helpful with the whole process. I have been a customer with them now for 7 years and will continue to use them :)

Worst experience
Regret the day i came across simply electronics. 2 weeks for delivery, and when it did arrive, no warranty card no manual. Called Canon directly and they confirmed it was a Hong Kong product and that SE are based there, with only a UK returns address. Spend a bit more and use a better company

Opted for the express delivery for £6.99, on the Fuji Finepix JZ300. I found it extremely easy to order on their site, and after placing the order i phone customer services to check on the order and spoke to a very helpful member of staff, who advised everything was ok on the order and would be shipping it out later that day. True to their word, i received my email confirming the camera had been shipped, then one from City-Link with my tracking number. I used their site all the way up to point of delivery the next morning. The camera had arrived as promised the next day. The price was definitely the cheapest i could find anywhere and their customer service was excellent. I would recommend Camerabox to anyone looking for a cheap camera on good delivery and great customer service.
