I ordered a jacket on Dec. 3rd, received an e-mail saying it had shipped, only to receive an e-mail on Dec. 20th saying they were cancelling the order. For ruining my christmas gift to my wife, they sent me a 20% off coupon. When I attempted to use the coupon on Feb. 5th (A little more than a month later), I was informed that it had expired, even though the e-mail stated no such stipulation. I spoke with [name removed] a manager at Rocky Mountain Trail and I was informed that there was nothing she could do to help me, that it was "tough luck". When I asked if she wanted my business, I was told no, they have plenty of customers. PLEASE, Do not use this website, there are plenty of other businesses who want you as a customer and will work to do so, RMT will not!
