I was very impressed that they double checked with me that I wanted the item shipped to a different address. There was a technical fault and my item wasn't shipped, but when I emailed to enquire what was happening, the lady who dealt with my email was very helpful, sorted the issue out straight away and refunded the postage costs. You can't avoid things going wrong sometimes, but I think you get the measure of a company by how they fix things which have gone wrong; based on my experience with mpb I would have no reservations recommending them to others
