Don't do it to yourself. Don't be mislead by their prices. When me and my boyfriend decided what countries we would like to visit, we booked online an it acknowledged my order and took £2000 out of my bank account. It then sent an email saying it could not be processed the next day. It then gave me no help whatsoever as to why it was rejected and told me to rebook. When trying to rebook (which was cheaper than before) it told me there was a problem. We then rang up and they told me that Sri Lanka could not be booked over the phone. My boyfriend got so irritated that he rang and asked for a manager. There was no manager present but suddenly they were able to book Sri Lanka!? MAGICAL. Then they said, it's your bank that's the problem, rang the bank, they said that the transaction had gone through but had no processed it even though the money was present. When shouting down the phone, they had no reason why that was the case and told me to ring at 8am the next day. is rubbish and it is beyond me how they make any profits. They've also told me to ring up and hurry my refund of £2000 that they have taken out of my bank account.

I've given 2 stars because the customer service dude Ajeed was still polite and helped as much as his position allowed, and their customer service team are present 24/7
